Oh, Life Giver, it is you I've come to know,
So in your honor, I bow my head this low.

You passed on your organs
While landing at heaven's portal,
Oh this path of goodness
You've become immortal.

You sacrificed your kidneys
So someone could excrete,
You gave your heart
For another's life to beat.

You offered your eyesight
So someone else could see,
And it is I who has your lungs
That now allow me to breathe.
Oh ! Great donor
Oh ! Secret donor
I know you now.
To you I take the deepest bow.

We will forever be in your debt
You are thoughtful and kind,
You will always be with us
In both body and mind.

You gave it all away
As a willing volunteer,
Now the gates have opened in heaven
For your spirit to appear.
